If something does not work
If a page or connect button fails once, wait a moment and retry — the API can be slow to wake after idle periods. If a channel shows as connected but posts do not go out, check that channel's connection in Integrations and reconnect it. If the problem continues, contact support with the channel, the campaign name, and what you saw.
