2. Page & Account Management Authority

You warrant that you are an authorized administrator of the connected Facebook Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts with authority to grant publishing, webhook subscription, comment reading, and direct message reply permissions.

3. Automated Comment & Message Rules

When utilizing ChatCoat's automated keyword detection and private reply (DM) functionality:

• You agree to configure reply templates that are relevant, truthful, non-deceptive, and helpful to the inquiring user.
• You agree to comply with Meta's messaging policies, 24-hour standard messaging windows, and rate limitations.
• You will not configure automated spam or unsolicited promotional outreach.

4. Scheduled Post Auto-Deletion

If you enable automated post deletion upon promotion expiry, you authorize ChatCoat to invoke official Meta Graph APIs to delete those campaign posts from your Facebook Page or Instagram profile at the scheduled timestamp.
