1. Compliance with TikTok Platform Terms
By connecting your TikTok account or publishing videos through ChatCoat, you agree to comply with:
2. Creator Authority and Content Responsibility
You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary music licenses, copyright clearances, and broadcast rights for video media uploaded and scheduled for TikTok publishing.
3. Commercial Content Disclosure
If your video promotes a brand, good, or service in exchange for something of value, you must accurately enable TikTok's Commercial Content / Brand Content disclosure toggles within the ChatCoat campaign composer before publishing.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use ChatCoat to publish spam, harmful challenges, abusive media, unauthorized advertisements, or content that violates TikTok community standards.
